PNS Haibat is the first landmark project developed by Maritime Technologies Complex, and it was built without any foreign technical assistance, according to Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi. The launch of PNS Haibat ushers in a new chapter in local design and construction, with local design and construction maturing over time.
