Pakistan, Turkey and Malaysia ‘moving ahead with joint TV channel plan’ for better media link.

Pakistan’s Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, says a joint television station will be established to promote media relations between Islamabad, Turkey and Malaysia.

In an interview with the media in Islamabad, he indicated that focal points for media sharing have been identified, and that a cooperative media network will be established.

Extremism must be addressed in Pakistan, Malaysia, and other Muslim nations, according to the Minister. He proposed that a unit of scholars be established within the OIC platform to provide religious guidance.

According to Geo News, Pakistan and Turkey confirmed earlier this year that they will collaborate on a historical play based on the life of Salahuddin Ayyubi.

Salahuddin, commonly known as Saladin, was a warrior and the founder of the Ayyubid Dynasty. He is one of the most well-known Muslim rulers in the world. Ansari & Shah Films in Pakistan and Ere Konuk, owner of Akli Films in Turkey, will collaborate on the series.
