Indus Motor Business (IMC), also known as Toyota, has raised pricing across the board, the company announced on Friday. The price increase follows the government’s announcement of a tax rate increase as part of the mini-budget.
Toyota’s new prices, according to the company, went into effect on January 20. All appointments booked before January 20 will be subject to the revised pricing.
A minimum of Rs66,000 and a maximum of Rs493,000 has been added to the rates.
The new prices for the Toyota Yaris, Corolla Altis, and Fortuner models are listed below.
Toyota Corolla Price Increase
Corolla Altis Grande X CVT 1.8 and Corolla Altis Grande X CVT 1.8 B prices have increased by Rs100,000. These models will now cost Rs4.17 million and Rs4.2 million, respectively.
The Corolla Altis X Automatic 1.6’s price increased by Rs85,000 to Rs3.53 million.
Corolla Altis X CVT-i 1.8 price has increased by Rs93,000. This variant’s new pricing is Rs3.87 million.
The manual version of the Corolla Altis X 1.6 has witnessed a Rs81,000 price increase. It has a revised asking price of Rs3.38 million.
Toyota Yaris Price Increase
The Toyota Yaris ATIV CVT (Hi) and Yaris GLi CVT (Lo) will now cost Rs2.91 and Rs2.81 million, respectively.
The Yaris ATIV X CVT (Hi) and Yaris ATIV MT (Hi) now cost Rs3.17 million and Rs2.97 million, respectively, an increase of Rs76,000 and Rs71,000.
The price of the Yaris GLi M/T (Lo) has increased by Rs63,000, and will now be available for Rs2.61 million, up from Rs2.54 million previously.
Toyota Fortuner Price Increase
Fortuner 2.7 G has increased in price by Rs390,000. The SUV has been reduced in price to Rs8.56 million from Rs8.17 million.
The price of the Fortuner 2.7 V has increased by Rs452,000 and will now cost Rs9.94 million, up from Rs9.48 million previously.
Fortuner 2.8 Sigma 4’s pricing has been increased by Rs500,000. The variation, which was previously offered for Rs9.91 million, will now be available for Rs10.39 million.
The price of the Fortuner Legender Diesel increased the most, by Rs493,000. This model will now set you back Rs10.84 million.
