Two modern parks developed by CDA in Islamabad’s Sector I-16 and Park Enclave

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has finished developing a modern park in Sector I-16 and is now building a new park at Park Enclave Phase-III, which is located on Park Road in the Zone 3 of Islamabad.

Both the parks will be equipped with all facilities, including swings, walkways, jogging tracks, and a sit-out area

The park in Park Enclave will cost Rs 270 million to construct, and tenders will be advertised in national newspapers soon. The park will contain a children’s play area as well as a specific section for ladies, according to the details.

A rose garden area will also be constructed, with seasonal flowers of various kinds, so that visitors to the park may fully appreciate the greenery and natural beauty of the surroundings.

The park will also feature sufficient lighting and a running track for the people’s convenience. It will also have swings, walkways, a jogging track, and a cycling track, among other amenities.

The CDA Park Enclave is a modern sector developed by CDA as a step toward green cities. According to the proposed plan, Park Enclave Islamabad will have green areas and clean energy support to reduce fuel energy consumption and enhance plantation in the city.

Islamabad is also to have the second-largest park of the city after Fatima Jinnah Park which would be set up over an area of 155 acres along Margalla Road in Zone III.

A plan is set to give Islamabad a new and the second largest park after the famous Fatima Jinnah Park in F-9 sector that would run from the G.T. Road Sangjani area to Sector D-12.

A few months back CDA announced the development of new parks in different sectors of Islamabad. The parks are planned to be constructed in Bara Kahu, H-8, I-16 and in I-14 Islamabad. All the parks will help increase the beauty of the city and will give a place for the city residents to enjoy family time and also stay physically active.
